📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, and collections
- Manage relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues
- Monitor and analyze financial data using Oracle NetSuite and other accounting software
- Implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce bad debts
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficient in using Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
