We are seeking a Head of Compliance & Internal Control to lead our efforts in establishing and maintaining a robust compliance and internal control framework in our new branch. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations in Bali adhere to the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance and internal control, including risk assessment, policy development, and monitoring. You will work closely with our management team and regulatory bodies to ensure that our operations are in line with local and international regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance and internal control policies and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor and report on compliance and internal control activities
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance and internal control issues
• Ensure that all operations in Bali adhere to local and international regulations
• Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors and regulators
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in compliance and internal control, preferably in a banking or financial institution
• Certification in compliance and internal control, such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international banking regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
