📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Assist with event coordination and setup as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
