📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and provide appropriate responses and follow-ups.,Manage and maintain the reception area, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.,Monitor and maintain the reception area's security and safety.,Provide training and support to junior receptionists and staff members.,Handle any customer complaints or issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and service requests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with customer service best practices and industry standards.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to customer service and privacy.
