📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives.
• Develop and manage the company's learning technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to design and deploy digital learning programs.
• Oversee the integration of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle and Google Classroom.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs.
• Provide training and support to educators and students on the use of learning technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in educational technology.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational technology.
• Proven experience in leading digital learning initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle and Google Classroom.
• Certification in educational technology or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
