📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounting and finance function, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and requirements.
• Lead the accounting team in utilizing SAP and Oracle Financials to manage financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and Oracle Financials.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
