📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.,Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficient in project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
