📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily operations and staff performance.

Ensure food and service quality meets high standards.

Manage inventory and ordering to maintain cost efficiency.

Train and develop staff to enhance their skills.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies.

Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
