📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee the work of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Train and develop new staff members to ensure they meet company standards.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
