📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Manage the accounting and financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights to support business decisions.,Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.,Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team on financial matters.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
