📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production managers and supervisors.
• Monitor and optimize production processes using advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale production operations.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar industry-recognized programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP, MES, and other industry-standard manufacturing software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
