• Lead and manage the business operations of Solve Education, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic goals.
• Develop and implement data-driven business strategies to optimize our educational solutions and enhance user engagement.
• Oversee the sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and educational institutions.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor the business team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into our business strategies.
• Represent Solve Education at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and building our brand reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business management, with a proven track record in driving business growth and innovation.
• Proven experience in the education technology sector, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the educational landscape.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
