As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team. You will assist with various HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the HR team with employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
• Help maintain HR records and databases using systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
• Assist with the organization of HR events and activities, such as training sessions and workshops.
• Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the HR field and a desire to gain practical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
