PT CLOUD DREAM MARKETING is a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency known for its innovative approach and client-focused solutions. Located in the heart of Jakarta Raya, our office is a vibrant hub of creativity and collaboration. In this role, you'll work closely with our HR Manager and other team members to streamline our recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Daily, you'll be responsible for managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), conducting initial phone screens, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll help us build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a positive employer brand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our ATS, ensuring all job postings are up-to-date and candidate applications are tracked efficiently.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
• Assist in the development and distribution of job postings across various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive employer brand and candidate experience.
• Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a digital marketing or related industry.
• Proven experience with ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
