📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily activities of the IT team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company’s IT systems, implementing and enforcing security policies.
• Provide technical support to other departments, resolving IT issues and providing training as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company’s IT systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems support the company’s business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the IT field.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.
• Experience with IT security and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
