As a Junior Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our vehicle inventory, ensuring smooth and timely operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and accurately reflected in our systems. You will work closely with our team of inventory managers, logistics coordinators, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
• Coordinate with inventory managers and logistics coordinators to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.
• Monitor and update our inventory management system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the planning and execution of inventory operations, including vehicle movements, storage, and retrieval.
• Provide support to the team in the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports and documentation related to inventory operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and plans for inventory operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to inventory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
