📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and service level agreements.
  • Provide regular reports on client performance and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.
  • Attend client meetings and events as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
