📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Mentor and develop junior instructors to enhance their skills and performance,Evaluate training programs and provide feedback to improve their quality,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational goals,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent organizational and time management skills
