📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee performance,Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals,Identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Manage and mentor junior learning and development professionals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development,Proven track record of successfully implementing learning and development programs,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
