Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy,Manage and mentor a team of pharmacist assistants,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards,Manage inventory and ordering of pharmaceuticals,Provide expert advice on medication use and potential side effects,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate prescription filling,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Participate in continuous education and training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using pharmacy management software,Familiarity with local language and culture is a plus,Valid pharmacy license and certification
