DASH Group is looking for a talented and dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
