📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Present our products and services to potential clients and address their needs and concerns.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.,Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products.,Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products.,Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA or kitchen equipment industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
