ChampsMan Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary School English Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is committed to fostering a love for learning and helping students develop their English language skills. This is a full-time position with an afternoon shift from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English to secondary school students and a genuine passion for education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons for secondary school students.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their English skills.,Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and educational trends to enhance the learning experience.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.,Participate in school events and activities to support the overall development of students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to secondary school students.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Fluency in both spoken and written English.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
