📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Enter, update, and maintain patient records, medical information, and other relevant data in the electronic health records system,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the timely and accurate recording of patient information,Perform data validation and quality control checks to maintain data integrity,Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and protocols,Provide support to the IT department in troubleshooting and resolving data entry issues,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy and security regulations,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of data entry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, information technology, or a similar discipline),Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role,Strong knowledge of electronic health records systems and data entry software,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts

🛠️ Keahlian

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (WordExcelPowerPoint)Experience with electronic health records systems (e.g.EpicCerneror similar)Knowledge of data validation and quality control proceduresAbility to follow strict protocols and guidelinesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with healthcare privacy and security regulations (e.g.HIPAA)
