📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and oversee the structural integrity of buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and approve structural drawings and specifications prepared by junior engineers.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and industry best practices.
• Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid professional engineering license (optional but preferred).
