📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure that warehouse processes are efficient and compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
