As a Grill Station Assistant Server, your daily tasks will revolve around maintaining the high standards of our kitchen. You’ll assist in preparing and cooking a variety of Korean BBQ dishes, ensuring they are served hot and fresh. Your role will also involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the grill station, as well as assisting with inventory management to keep our kitchen running smoothly.

• Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of Korean BBQ dishes, ensuring they are served hot and fresh.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including cleaning grills and cooking surfaces.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and monitoring food levels.
• Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work environment for all staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BBQ or high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of Korean BBQ cooking techniques and traditional flavors.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, even during peak hours.
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Indonesian.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools, such as grills, cutting boards, and cooking utensils.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
