📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform merchandising strategies.
• Develop and implement demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Manage product assortments, including category planning, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, manage lead times, and ensure product quality.
• Monitor sales performance and profitability by analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
• Stay updated with industry trends, retail best practices, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to develop their merchandising skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar role in the consumer products industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and category management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with retail software systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA is a plus.
• Certification in retail merchandising or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
