📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, including classic Italian drinks and signature creations.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and understanding their preferences.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously improve your skills.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering for bar supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, including classic Italian drinks and modern mixology techniques.
• Proficiency in using a variety of bar tools and equipment, such as shakers, jiggers, and blenders.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of Italian wine and spirits is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
