📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs on Java, cloud technologies, and web development frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and React
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including course curricula, slides, and hands-on exercises
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars to cater to the diverse needs of our students
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java, cloud computing, and web development
• Collaborate with the Trainocate team to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our training programs
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java and cloud technologies, with a strong background in web development
• Certifications in Java (OCPJP, OCPCD), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and relevant web technologies are a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding others
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
